Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Careinsurane Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
